The Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology's Student Affairs Organization has issued a statement on the subject of international students studying in universities of the country. These regulations demanded that universities comply with the mentioned criteria.
According to the notice, the following points are necessary:
All classes of international students are "in-person", so there is no way that classes should be held non-attended.
Studying international students in Iranian universities is "full-time," so their full-time attendance at universities is mandatory for studying. "It is desirable that attendance at each session be systemic.
The study of international students in universities is similar to those of Iranian students. Therefore, it should not hold separate and special classes for international students.
Teaching in all universities is in Persian, so teaching in the second language via an interpreter is strictly forbidden and considered a violation.
International students are required to study in universities on their student visas and residency cards.
All international students at each level of study, after receiving their right to education through the Student Affairs Organization, will be allowed to register and study, and will not permit academic qualification at the next level.د.

If the international student has not already obtained an appropriate visa or residence permit in a university, it is essential to take immediate action to apply for a visa, residence or placement and to make a list of these so far. The student's organization of the Ministry of Science can be compiled and submitted to the organization of the student.
The international secondary campuses of the universities do not have the right to attract, accept and register international students before they are given an independent accreditation. Therefore, the main university's license does not depend on the campus. Therefore, it is obliged to obtain an independent license before any attempt to attract students. The university is responsible for all the responsibilities associated with the violations.
