General condition:
With a valid foreign passport (not having Iranian nationality of the relevant person)
The Organization for Student Affairs agrees to have no legal prohibition to continue one's education in the relevant university (after having completed the application form on the website of organization and system of non-Iranian students)
Approval of the Organization of Student Affairs to have the public competence of the person concerned (correspondence and obtaining confirmation from the authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
Exclusive condition:
With the latest educational degree (Certificate of End of Course) received from the national country and complete list of all grades for admission in higher grade.
All required documents (Certificate of End of Study and List of Rezenmarate) must be approved as original at the Embassy or Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran as translated into Persian and English.
The admission of applicants to the study in all areas of study is made after the approval of the Deputy Minister of Education and the relevant department in the relevant department. Getting the consent of the group and conducting the interview and specifying the Guidance Professor are mandatory for applicants of the PhD degree.
Prior to entering the faculty and studying the subject, a six-month Persian language course is required at the Persian Language Teaching Center. In cases where the applicant requests an education in English, it is after an interview (an evaluation of the level of the applicant's language) and approval of the agreed group.
