Thus, Shi'ism provides a comprehensive understanding of Shi'a, both as a religious sect and a cultural entity.

The students of this field are familiar with the history of the emergence and spread of living religions (religions that are still many followers) in the three regions of the Middle East, Far East and Indian Peninsula, studying three main parts of the rules, customs, beliefs and morality in each religion, in this study by him, the researcher does not try to prove the legitimacy or intent of any particular religion, but rather to identify and understand common points of view.

Jurisprudence and the fundamentals of Islamic law represent one of the most ancient and respected disciplines in religious studies.
