The Heat and Fluids Orientation, a specialized area within the field of Mechanical Engineering, focuses on designing and computing the components of systems that fundamentally operate on energy conversion, heat transfer, and mass transfer. This orientation is integral to the understanding and application of principles that govern the transformation and movement of energy and matter.

Students in this field learn about the processes of collection, transformation, preservation, and distribution of agricultural products, along with their physical and chemical properties. Essentially, this field encompasses all aspects of food processing and conversion.

This field of study, currently offered at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Iran, has yet to establish a doctoral program. Students gain comprehensive knowledge spanning from procurement of hotel equipment to hotel management. They learn about food identification, menu design, and hotel safety, covering all aspects crucial to the guest experience, from the point of reservation to their departure. This holistic approach prepares students for a career in the hospitality industry.

History, a strategic discipline, delves into the study of past transformations within human society. Its objective is to analyze the causes of historical events, devise strategies to avert similar issues in contemporary society, rejuvenate present understanding, and foster foresight for the future.
