Imam Reza University, established by Ayatollah Tabasi, spans an area exceeding 30,000 square meters. The university, inaugurated in 1999, is home to 5,900 students and boasts 52 professors and 61 faculty members. Notably, 2,278 papers have been published by the university, with 413 in domestic journals, 1865 in conference papers, and 301 internationally accredited articles. Additionally, the university has organized six conferences. Gender separation is practiced, with male students attending Asrar campus and female students studying at Radwan campus.

The Iranian Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (MSRT) is responsible for ranking non-governmental universities and higher education institutions. These rankings are based on various qualifications, including the authorship and translation of 58 titles and the completion of 37 research projects. This has led to the institution being recognized as the second-best academic publisher in the country. Mr. Mohammad Sarei has achieved notable success, securing first place in the Theater Department at the Second Regional Festival of Pak University. Additionally, the volleyball team from Imam Reza International University has performed exceptionally well, securing the vice-winner position in Iran's Region 13 University competition. Furthermore, the institution has been ranked first among non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the country, according to the CIVILICA ranking. This is a testament to the institution's commitment to excellence in various fields.

The educational and laboratory facilities are well-equipped with modern technology. They are connected to the national internet network via optical fiber, providing students with free internet access. The institution boasts public computer sites, conference halls fitted with audio-visual systems, and classrooms equipped with video projectors and computers. Laboratories are network-enabled and equipped with microprocessors. Measures have been taken to ensure network security, and a library and study hall are available for students' use. As for accommodation, the institution provides a female student dormitory that can house up to 300 students. There is also a dormitory for male students, particularly international students, with a capacity to accommodate 70 students. Additional facilities include the Library of Quds Province and sports halls. These amenities contribute to a conducive learning and living environment for the students.

The initial registration fee for students at the university is $50. An annual fee of $50 is also required. For those interested in the Persian language course, which caters to all levels from beginner to advanced, the fee is $300.
