Bu-Ali Sina University, located in Hamedan, Iran, holds the distinction of being the first and only university member of the D8 International Group. Razi University has achieved several significant rankings and recognitions: 1. From 1990 to 2008, it was the highest-ranked university in the country based on the number of ISI article referrals. 2. In 1387, it was ranked first in the performance appraisal program of Iranian universities. 3. In December 1389, Razi University, along with Bu-Ali Sina University, was recognized as a top university in the Islamic world with a standardized citation index. 4. In 2013, it was ranked 3309 globally and 871 in Asia in the Webometrics category. 5. Although not ranked in the top 1000 universities by The Times in 2021, it is one of 47 universities in Iran and is ranked among the top 1527 universities worldwide, according to Farzad Visi, Iran's vice president for research and technology. 6. In 2019, Razi University made its first attempt to be ranked by The Times by completing a questionnaire and sending an email to The Times Rating System. 7. In 2021, Razi University ranked 27th among the world's comprehensive universities and was ranked 424th in Iran and 27th in the U.S. News & World Report. It also ranked 626th in the chemical category and 703rd in the engineering disciplines. These rankings reflect the university's commitment to academic excellence and research advancement.

Loan Fund **Dormitories**: The university has seven dormitories that accommodate nearly 3,700 students. The dormitory offerings have expanded to four years for both male and female students. The faculty members are housed in the University Faculty Housing Complex located at Taq Taq Bostan, also known as Silk Garden. **Restaurants**: Razi University operates three dining rooms that serve students, faculty members, employees, and corporate employees daily. **Library**: The Central Library houses a collection of about 60,000 titles, 420 Persian journals, 8 databases, and about 3,000 theses and research projects. It has two reading halls, each with an area of 800 square meters and can accommodate 300 visitors. **Emergency Base**: An emergency base, named "Student Martyrs," is located inside Razi University's Garden Arch campus. It serves the citizens of the northeastern part of Kermanshah in addition to students and employees of Razi University. **Libraries at Razi University**: The Central Library of Razi University, formed in 1954, began its undergraduate level in four disciplines. The new Central Library and Information Center of Razi University opened in 1382 with an area of 6,500 meters and 1,670 square meters of infrastructure on three floors and underground. The library libraries of Razi University have five libraries located in the faculties of this university. Prior to this, two additional satellite libraries were active in the Departments of Basic Science and Technology of Engineering, which merged in the Central Library in 1394 and 1397, respectively, and the Faculty of Engineering did not have a library. The library at the Technical Institute was in operation until 1397 at the Technical College but has been integrated into the Central Library since then. **Provincial and Kermanshenasi Development Documentation Center**: This center was established by a group of experts from Razi University to collect documents and information about Kermanshah. Covering an area of about 300 square meters, it has compiled, prepared, and archived a collection of about 2,500 documents. These include reports of preparation plans, statistics, reports of finished research projects, biographies of 100 celebrities and commentators, dissertations, and books related to subject topics in Kermanshah in both printed and electronic form.
