In the summer of 1393, three dormitory libraries were established in three dormitories at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University to foster a culture of reading and provide leisure activities for students. These libraries are entirely student-managed, with the university library responsible for support and resource procurement. The university library complex houses five reading halls, capable of accommodating approximately 500 people. During examination periods, these study halls remain open until late at night to serve students. The libraries at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University feature two reference departments, one in the central library and the other in the Faculty of Literature. These departments aim to provide up-to-date reference sources and house over 9,114 text reference volumes. These volumes include various types of bibliographies, encyclopedias, biographies, historical and geographical sources, and dictionaries in general and specialized fields, particularly in the humanities, theology, engineering, and basic sciences. These reference works are available for use only within the libraries. The university's dormitories are conveniently located on campus and offer accommodation facilities to all non-native daily students from cities such as Tabriz, Esco, Khosrow Shahr, Sahand, Azar Shahr, Bonab, Gugan, Ajab Shir, etc. Accommodation arrangements vary by academic level: PhD students are assigned to 2-person rooms, undergraduate students to 4-person rooms, and other undergraduate students to 10-person suites, which include 6-person and 4-person rooms.

The initial registration fee for students at the university is $50. An annual fee of $50 is also required. For those interested in the Persian language course, which caters to all levels from beginner to advanced, the fee is $300.
