To foster international scientific collaborations, it's crucial to understand the landscape of universities worldwide. This involves addressing university membership in scientific and international bodies, reviewing and reflecting on courses, exhibitions, and scientific and international meetings. The implementation of inviting foreign scientific personalities is a key aspect of this process, as is carrying out tasks related to establishing agreements of educational, research, and scientific cooperation with foreign universities. Efforts are also made to attract the cooperation of Iranian scientific personalities abroad. Procedures are conducted for issuing scholarships and passports for foreigners eligible for university education, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant institutions. Feedback on educational missions and the distribution and allocation of scholarships to university faculty is also given. Lastly, resolving issues related to holding, monitoring, and evaluating seminars and conferences at universities, both regional and international, is a significant part of this process.

The initial registration fee for students at the university is $50. An annual fee of $50 is also required. For those interested in the Persian language course, which caters to all levels from beginner to advanced, the fee is $300.
