Founded in 1365, Kashan University of Medical Sciences has been a cornerstone of healthcare in the regions of Kashan and Aran Bidgol, serving over 450,000 people. The process of "Design, implementation, and evaluation of the educational decision-making system for prescribing antibiotics for acute respiratory infections" has earned an honorable position. This achievement led to winning the first and second place in the country. At the Fourth Student Festival focused on Innovative Ideas in Education, a poster titled "Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Training Course and Empowerment of Educational Ideation Based on Project and Teamwork of Medical Students in Kashan" secured the first place. In the 1400 Times ranking, Kashan University of Medical Sciences was placed between 600 and 501. This ranking was first published in 2004 in collaboration with Time and Chivas. The Times Rating Index is based on several factors including Education (Learning Space), Research (Volume, Income, and Reputation), Citations (Impact of Education), Industrial Income (Innovation), and International Currency (Manpower, Students, and Research). The Imam Ali Dormitory, established in February 1375, accommodates 440 people. It consists of 100 rooms, each equipped with a reading room, TV, health facilities, and a heating system. The dormitory also provides shoemaking and cooler-cooling services, along with other standard amenities. The Al-Zahra Dormitory, which was utilized in 1365, currently houses 600 people. This dormitory is equipped with a fan-coil cooling and heating system. It also features a 35-square-meter TV room, a prayer room, and a meeting hall, all adequately furnished. The university's first library was launched in 1365, located at the current site of the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The Central Library now holds 47,131 copies of Persian and Latin books, 673 Persian CDs, and 1,001 Latin CDs. Each of the university's schools and hospitals has its own library, which operates under the rules, regulations, and technical management of the Central Library. The Central Library offers a variety of services. Some of these services are related to the collection and preparation of resources, such as the selection, procurement, and purchase of resources, and the cataloging section. Other services are directly related to the clients, such as E.F., E. Land, and Database. These facilities collectively contribute to a comprehensive and conducive learning environment for the students.

The initial registration fee for students at the university is $50. An annual fee of $50 is also required. For those interested in the Persian language course, which caters to all levels from beginner to advanced, the fee is $300.
